Located in the Boulevard Plaza Towers, the office space enjoys fully glazed views of the Burj Khalifa area. We were asked to accommodate 3 different offices of the same business group under one single space. A common language of elegant dark tones and industrial feel is kept through the whole project, introducing pockets of differentiated design to match the character of the different branches of the business.

The welcoming reception with the meeting room on one side, leads to the main space where the open plan desks fill the room separated by low partitions made of custom designed cabinets for archive and display. On the façade side the enclosed offices are designed to achieve a certain degree of privacy but keeping the overall transparency of light and view. On the back side a green wall and a triangulated book shelf are used as a less formal space and add a pop of colour, contrasting  the elegant look of the office.
