Serving both as a showroom, a shop, and as the office for the Dubai branch, the Silsal showroom is located in the newly completed Dubai Design District. Intended to become a creative hub, this new development will include offices, shops, cafes, art, design and fashion venues.

Silsal design house is a growing upmarket homeware company. The design for the showroom takes the guidelines of elegance and materiality from the brand and extends it to the architecture of their space. A glazed wall leads to an open space plan with minimal partitions in order to allow daylight and visual access across the showroom. For the finishes palette, crisp white surfaces contrast with raw materials such as wood and bare concrete with an occasional accent of brushed gold or brass, making it a functional commercial space yet giving it the feel of being at home.
