FAD institute of luxury fashion and style in Dubai is one of the most acknowledged schools for learning fashion. The design of the project had to have a diverse, practical, modern and creative approach to serve the purpose of being an efficient learning environment. Therefore, it was intended for the design to be a minimalist and sophisticated concept mostly using black and white finishes. In order for the students and the staff to get the maximum usage, the spaces were designed efficiently. Finally, by custom making the reception desk and the separator wall behind it, the simplicity of the idea was broke down, just like an unexpected fashion statement.
