Villa 1313 is one of our latest projects. BIA Design Studio welcomed the challenge of transforming an existing villa from a classical and common design to a modern and minimalist space. Since the patrons are art appraisers, the theme for the design was more of an art museum. Concrete finishes accompanied by natural wood planks and marble, are used as the main finishes to add a modern ambiance to the space. At the same time, the tiles used in the powder rooms are Moroccan tiles to add a touch of Mediterranean style to the villa, as well as mixing the Moroccan classical furniture with the modern pieces. Paintings, sculptures and furniture artworks are spread across the house with unique collectible items from around the world.
