This project is a conversion of an office project into a residential building. The building´s basements were already built and the apartments had to be adjusted to the current structure.

The style of the building is kept simple and cost effective, using a mixture of horizontal and vertical lines. The northfaçade is fully glazed taking advantage of its orientation, while the south face features concrete inclined walls that are used as separations and modulate gracefully the façade. In the street façade, louver elements are introduced in the elevation to create movement and provide shading and privacy to the apartments facing the street.
