JVC residential blocks comprise a total built up area of 20,000 sqm distributed in G+3 townhouses located in Jumeirah Village Circle. 

 

The project´s brief required the re-design of the townhouse´s facade in order to give them a more modern and attractive look. This is achieved through the simple use of anodized aluminum louvers that work as a barrier against the sand and as shading elements preventing the direct sunlight.

 

They constitute the main façade element, and are placed in strategic positions in order to create a dynamic look in the overall facade of the seventeen townhouses, breaking the repetition of similar developments.
