Mexico Towers

The bicentennial towers are located at Mexico city and were projected in order to celebrate the two hundred years of Mexico independence.

Throughout the history, the mint of the coin has always been a core element in a nation’s identity.

 

Like the stacking of the coin, the two towers emerge from the ground, each level representing one year of independent Mexican history.

 

The ecological tower is a vertical cylinder with small openings on the facade and the technological tower is formed by an amount of displaced rings from its center.
