Located in the Dubai Investment Park, the project consisted in the conversion of an office project into a residential building. As the building´s basements were already built the apartments had to be adjusted to the current structure.

 

The style of the building is kept simple and cost effective, using a mixture of horizontal and vertical lines. 

 

In the street façade, louver elements are introduced in the elevation to create dynamism and provide shading and privacy to the apartments facing the street.
