Tamarindo table is a personal project that grew from a trip to Bali where we found an exquisite tamarindo wooden slab.

The challenge was to design the feet support, a piece that could not take away the attention from the wooden piece, but yet it should be dignified.

 

Stainless steel was the material chosen and a simple and proportional shape and volume were the answer to the whole solution.

The result is a balanced piece where the natural beauty of the wood stands out but the stainless steel feet are still sensed as an elegant support.
