Burgo's Cultural Center is designed with the intent to serve as a youth center for educational purpose.

The buildings plasticity is translated in raw concrete as a thick enclosed box similar to a bunker. The openings come as horizontal accelerated gaps bringing a vibrant dynamism to the buildings.

 

The neutral color of the concrete enables the Cultural Center to merge with the classic surrounding buildings in a fluid way, not disturbing the harmony of the plaza.

The main entrance is done by the ground floor where one of the volumes is slightly recessed indicating a natural reentrance for the public.
