The mass of the building is articulated in various volumes that are related by the finishes and architectural elements.

 

All the rooms are located in the tower building which is aligned with the north-south orientation that looks towards the Burj Khalifa.

Crowning the building a restaurant with a generous terrace offers the best uninterrupted views of the downtown cityscape.

 

For the white finishes of the walls light GRC panels are used to give a more textured feel.
